Write General Presentation

• Davetaz completed this, including the creation of a new Topology diagram.

Sort out non htdocs files on helios

• Backups which were on Helios have now been filtered (such that there is only one per month) and then copied over to all the backup servers in a directory called old_backup_system_backups. Merging them into the new system is likely to only cause confusion if we need to do any restoration.

Wiki Cleanup (in particular broken links)

• Andrew not present so no progress was made on the broken links.
• Wiki skin was tidied up to fix a few bugs.
• Most of the Category:Server pages were updated to the new style.

Use XSLT for News/Meetings gadgets

• Daveruss not present so this was not looked into.

Sort out eduroam cloud

• Stuart not present so this was not looked into.
