SOWN Second Gateway Server

SOWN should deploy a second gateway server in B32 to take advantage of Keepalived we have setup on Sown-gw. Before we can start we need to spec out what our requirements are for this server. It would be preferable to use and existing unused server. One of the important decisions is whether we should try to install Ubuntu 18.04 on this server?
