SOWN Burglar is an all-knowing hypothetical thief who steals users equipment whenever sown leak potentially sensitive information.
For example, the shady character's ficticious-activities mean offline-nodes dissapear from published pages after a number of days (to hide the locations of people who may be on holiday).
SOWN Burglar is belived to be an agent of sky-net.
SOWN Burglar should not be confused with the SOWN Bugler, who plays a typo-based brass-instrument.
