Flashing OpenWRT

OpenWRT builds for two targets for the AR750S - one nor-only, and one which uses both the NOR and NAND (kernel on the NOR, rest on the NAND, I think).

You can boot to uboot by holding down the reset button during boot. From there, you can flash an image in the web UI - however, per https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/commit/9a9cdc65c4fd3b25d04e8f08efd5ec6fc7903988 it does not appear to be possible to flash a NOR/NAND image from there.

To install a NOR/NAND image, you can first flash a NOR-only image (stock upstream openwrt will work for this). After it's reflashed and booted, you can then sysupgrade with a NOR/NAND image.

Ports / internal switch

The router has three gigabit ports, which are all attached to a switch. The switch also has a port 0 which is exposed to the CPU as eth0. You can create VLANs on the ports and trunk them up to the CPU.
